How do I access my Sage account?
1. On any internet-connected device go to the following website https://selfservice.highchem.ke.
2. Select the option written Sage 300, it will redirect you to the Sage login page. Simply enter your credentials and as long as the profile reads Local you will be able to log in.
If the page doesn't load, kindly check your internet connection or retry on a different device. If you have confirmed your internet connection is working but the page still doesn't load or the page loads but profile is blank then reach out to the HR office for issue resolution.
I don't remember my Sage credentials, how do I access my account?
If you have reached the login page but are unable to log in due to forgotten credentials or you were never given any follow the following steps.
1. Click the forgot password link on the login page
2. Enter your username. This is your national ID. If your I.D is less than 8 digits please add a zero at the front
3. Enter your email address. This is the email address you submitted to the HR team on recruitment. If you don't remember this reach out to the HR office for verification of the email or change it.
I have an issue with my leave days as they appear on the system, who do I reach to resolve the same?
All issues related to the sage system should be directed to the HR office and only the HR office.
I have lost my company assignment mobile device and/or line. What do I do?
1. Contact the HR team and report the loss. This will initiate a wipe of the device to ensure no sensitive data gets lost or stolen. Also, the line shall be deactivated.
2. Report the theft to the police station and submit the same to the HR team. This is to enable us to report the theft to insurance for assistance.
3. A replacement shall be organized by the office where needed by the HR office. They shall also inform the user of any charge to be levied on the employee for the loss of company property.
